Our mission

The mission of 12Gradus is to strengthen sponsor–sponsee relationships by making recovery support easier to organize, more consistent, and more accountable. Our technology is not intended to replace the essential human connection at the heart of sponsorship, but to enhance its effectiveness by helping sponsors stay engaged, communicate consistently, assign and track step work, recognize progress, and ensure that no sponsee is unintentionally left by the wayside.

By giving sponsees a clear view of their recovery journey, responsibilities, and growth, 12Gradus encourages participation, accountability, and lasting personal change. A portion of our proceeds will be donated to support 12-step programs and the recovery communities they serve.
